Final Fantasy not releasing for Xbox one:

While gamers are eagerly waiting for the new Final Fantasy XIV developed by Square Enix there is a bad news for Xbox one users as this famous MMO won't be available for Microsoft's Xbox One. Although there are not any specific reason behind in but the top gaming boss of Microsoft Phil Spencer said that he's not terribly enthusiastic about exclusive deals for third-party games. He said
"You see us doing less of it now--[I've found] it's not something I'm a huge fan of." and earlier this month he also said "I want to have strong third-party relations, but paying for many third-party exclusives isn't our long-term strategy," Spencer said earlier this month.

Microsoft does have some major third-party exclusive game such as Rise of Tomb Raider which is lined up for Xbox One this holiday. But Spencer says this isn't a traditional third-party exclusivity arrangement, as Microsoft is actively involved in the game's development and will even serve its publisher. As Spencer mentioned before that Xbox One owners should not expect many more third-party exclusives, as Microsoft will instead rather focus on its own franchises going forward.
